    @Wendy

    I am unsure if ITV has a phone number for those with hearing difficulties. I am aware of services where you type what you want to say and an operator interacts on your behalf with those you wish to speak to.

    I would forward on your email address since this is an extenuating circumstance; however you’ve provided no contact method when you posted. If you’re reading this, perhaps you could get in touch. (See the contact page).

    Kind Regards

    Hi, Rob.

    Thanks for your e-mail message. About the hearing difficulties, you could book an Interpreter for deaf people, but you must book it 2 weeks before we go on t.v…..for hearing difficulties you can use mobile phone to text. what do you think?

    Hi,
    I am wondering if you have thought about deaf people needs like to use mobile text at the end of 60mm programme? I think hearing and deaf people should treated equally. I feel like t.v programme like who want to be millionaire, deal or no deal and I feel like ignored by everyone. I hope this is make you wake up about people with disability needs. I hope to hear from you soon.

    Your Regards

    Ha Ha, why do you all keep posting your stories here? the guy keeps saying you have to phone up !! LOL @ all of you. great show guys, my application is on the answerphone of ITV !!! also i hope to keep my hubby away from terri as he said when we watched it last time, that the only thing he would like to ‘make-over’ was her….. and not in the wallpaper sense !!! We’ve passed on your thought and comments from previous e-mails to the producers and therefore indirectly ITV. Terri doesn’t, as we’ve said before, have any involvement in this process. If you feel you have been discriminated then you should address ITV since whilst we appreciate your thoughts we’re not in a position to do anything about it.

    @hoohaa

    I have to agree. It makes me chuckle the number of times I have to write the same thing. The problem is that in today’s life people want an answer immediately and simply won’t read all the information available to them. They want it on a platter answered directly to themselves rather than seeing if it’s been answered before.

    Hi

    I recently received a phone call from one of your team who said they would email an application form to me. I haven’t received it yet, and was wandering if the email address I gave wasn’t correct. Please could you pass on my email address as I don’t want to miss out
    Thanks
