As we’re sure you’re aware, Terri’s been back on your screens for a couple of days now. Of course, these are repeats from the last series, but like Terri said in her last update, this is to get you in the mood for the new series which starts on the 3rd of September.

A lot of you write to Terri using the contact details from this site asking if you can apply to be on the show. Many of you have even posted in the comments of old threads asking, some even begging, to get on the show. Your stories are regularly heart wrenching and the site administrators (like myself) who receive actually get your e-mails sympathise with many of your situations. We must point out that Terri isn’t involved in the selection process and that ITV aren’t taking any applications at this time. If a further series is commissioned then ITV will announce this during the new series both on their web-site and on screen. It’ll be mentioned here too; however all applications have to be made via ITV and not this site. Applications normally involve interested viewers making contact via a premium rate telephone number which will be advertised at the appropriate time in the aforementioned locations.

In the meantime, some Terri news: I spoke with her earlier in the week. She’s grabbing a short break after weeks and weeks of filming around the country. She should have an update for the site not long after she’s returned home so check back soon.
