Filming the new series of 60MM and we need more homes to makeover

Hello,

How’s things going? All good I hope.

Well, we’ve started filming the new series of 60mm and its going really well just very cold! Last year we had to deal with the rain and this year… well, where is summer? Are we going to get one?

If you thought the series you’re watching now was moving wait until you see the new run. I always walk away from the houses counting my blessing that I have my family and my health and happiness. Its incredible what life throws at some people; it always amazes me where people get their strength from and I’ve had my far share of pain and suffering! Not quite in the league of some of the contributors, but lets say I’m no stranger to it. I hope these people become as much as an inspiration to you as they have me.

We are still looking for people for surprise makeovers. If you know somebody that has been through a tough time and doesn’t have the time or money to makeover their home please contact the ITV website and nominate them. YOU CAN NOT DO THAT ON THIS SITE but here’s the address - itv.com

If you find that we are doing a makeover near you do come down and say hello!

And finally a big thank you to everyone that’s watching the new series, it’s going down well but as always I’d love to hear any comments good or bad on ways to improve.

Thank you for all your comments so far.

Bye for now.
Love me.x

hi terri, just a line to ask you what you do to be on your makeover show , i have sent all our details to the show including pics and full application form filled in,to see if you can do anything for my disabled wife, she has big problems with her health as you can see if your show people look into my application form,i sent in . also i think she deserves a makeover and after seeing some people who get their homes madeover it makes me wonder why if they can afford to own their own homes then they should be able to afford to get their houses made over and not rely on people like yourselves to bail them out ,when people who need help badly like me and my wife do, should be repremanded for not having our own house because of my wifes disability and not getting help. i thought you helped people who needed help and cannot afford to do it them selves but it seems the other way round to me. i know we have a housing association bungalow but they do not mind as i have all ready asked them if it could be done they would have no objections what so ever. please could you look really into trying to help me and my disabled wife to make over the bungalow where we live into some thing fantastic like your makeovers all are which we both watch all the time. PLEASE HELP AS IT WOULD MAKE MY WIFE SO HAPPY AND ENJOY HER LIFE AS SHE HAS TO TAKE HER LIFE FROM DAY TO DAY NOT KNOWING WHAT WILL HAPPEN TOMMORROW WITH HER HEALTH,you can contact me on 01223 423611 or email me at m.hollis7@btinternet.com THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME TO READ THIS AND AWAITING YOUR REPLY Christopher Hollis
