Terri supporting Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation

Thursday, September 11th, 2008

Terri is supporting The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation’s new fundraising campaign, De-Feet Lung Cancer, which kicks off on Friday 12th September with an on-line auction. She has donated a pair of her favourite D&G boots to be auctioned - so everyone can have a chance of bidding to own (and wear!) her favourite shoes!

The foundation’s new site goes live this Friday (12/09/08) and visitors to the site have 3 weeks to bid for their favourite celebrity shoes. The organisers are inviting all Terri’s fans to visit the site and make a bid on her shoes.

For further information and to place a bid (from Friday 12th September onwards) please visit http://www.roycastle.org/de-feet

Getting on top of things

Friday, September 5th, 2008

Hi there,

My word life had been a little crazy lately!

I’m still filming the current series of 60mm which is keeping me very busy and most definitely out of trouble. I’ve met some amazing people this series, far too many to recount anyone individually, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has allowed us into their home with our paintbrushes. I think the series goes from strength to strength and without the support of everyone the show wouldn’t happen. Most days I do leave the homes of the houses we’ve made-over feeling very humbled by the stories of the people involved.

My new web site is taking some time to finish I’m afraid. Partly my fault - I’m always on location and therefore its taking ages to gather all the bits we need for the content of the site. Bare with me, it won’t be long. Hopefully you’ll think it’ll be worth the wait!

Oh my God have you seen the line up for Strictly Come Dancing? Its amazing! Can’t wait until it gets under way, it’s gonna be quite close, there are a few contenders. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for Mark Foster. He was my swim coach when I did The Games. Now he’s definitely a fish in the water, no idea if he’s twinkle toes out? I hope so.

I’m filming in and around Northamptonshire next week, I wonder if it’ll be any of your houses?

Ta-ta for now.

Love Me. xxx
